Plan one event across multiple time zones
Start with the venue or host team’s local date and named timezone. Add the event duration, then choose the participant locations that need to appear in the briefing. TimedFlow calculates the local start and end in each zone.
Use named zones instead of fixed offsets
“UTC−5” is not always New York time because daylight-saving rules change during the year. IANA names such as America/New_York preserve the correct regional rules for the event date.
Move the global schedule into the timer room
Opening the plan in TimedFlow carries the selected zones and source start time into the interactive event demo. The timer remains the shared operational clock while each participant sees a familiar local reference.
