Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TimedFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our stage management and timer application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using TimedFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TimedFlow is operated by Dapols ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

For an iOS download, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. TimedFlow does not publish a separate custom App Store EULA. If these Terms conflict with mandatory store terms, the mandatory store terms control for that issue.

Description of Service

TimedFlow provides professional stage management and timer tools including:

Real-time countdown and count-up timers
Multi-segment timer management for events
Controller and viewer synchronization across devices
AI-powered timer generation from prompts
Room sharing and collaboration features
Multi-language support

Account Registration

To use certain features of TimedFlow, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Service.

Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

The free plan includes the limits shown in the Service at the time you use it. We may update free-plan limits, but a change does not create a paid charge without your authorization.

Pro Plan

The web monthly price is US$10; app prices and currencies are the localized amounts shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase
Web payments are processed by Polar; iOS payments by Apple; Android payments by Google
The subscription period, price, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to the rules shown by your billing provider
Your store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
You can manage or cancel a web subscription from TimedFlow account settings and an app subscription from the subscriptions settings of the store that bills you
Restore Purchases can restore an eligible app-store entitlement; signing into the same TimedFlow account makes an active Pro entitlement available across supported TimedFlow clients
Refunds are handled by the billing provider and applicable law

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. For an app-store subscription, Apple or Google will provide any notice or consent flow required for the change. For web subscriptions, we will provide advance notice when required. A new price applies only as permitted by your billing provider and applicable law.

Account Deletion and Billing

Deleting your TimedFlow account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Polar, Apple, or Google. Cancel web billing from TimedFlow account settings, or cancel an app subscription in the applicable store, before deleting your account. TimedFlow may require cancellation first so you are not left paying for an account you can no longer access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TimedFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use our Service for:

Managing timing for presentations, events, and performances
Coordinating team standups and agile ceremonies
Timing content creation, podcasts, and live streams
Educational and training session management
Any other legitimate professional or personal timing needs

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service (except authorized APIs)
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Impersonate any person or entity
Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dapols and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service (timer configurations, room settings, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers and Limitations

"As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dapols shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Critical Event Disclaimer

While TimedFlow is designed for professional use, we recommend having backup timing solutions for critical events. We are not liable for any damages resulting from timing inaccuracies or service interruptions during your events.

Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our discretion with or without notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your data may be deleted. We are not obligated to retain any of your content after account termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dapols, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
