How to calculate a run of show
Enter the event start time, then add every audience-facing segment in order. Give each segment its planned duration and add changeover time separately. The calculator carries every end time forward, so one duration edit updates the rest of the schedule immediately.
Keep content time and buffer time separate
A buffer is operational capacity, not hidden content time. Separating it makes the schedule easier to call backstage and shows exactly where a late segment can be absorbed. Protect larger recovery windows around meals, room changes, and technical resets.
