This page explains how to request deletion of your TimedFlow account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion from inside the app, or by email without installing anything.
Delete from the app
Open the TimedFlow app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
After any subscription and Apple-authorization prerequisites are satisfied, TimedFlow removes the account and signs you out. If deletion cannot complete safely, the app explains what must be resolved and leaves your account data in place.
Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@timedflow.com from the address on your TimedFlow account with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request against the account email and delete it for you, usually within one business day and always within 30 days.
If you have a paid subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel any paid subscription. Cancel web billing from TimedFlow account settings. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is managed by that store, so cancel it first — in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions . Active app-store billing blocks deletion so you are not left paying for an account you cannot reach.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted permanently
Account and identity — your sign-in credentials, email address, profile, and any linked Apple or Google sign-in. Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked with Apple.
Content you created — every room you own, and all timers, rundowns, messages and message presets inside them. Shared room links stop working immediately.
App activity — saved timer state, run history, room activity records and connection records.
Purchase records — the subscription and entitlement records TimedFlow holds for your account.
Email records — your newsletter subscription, if any, and the log of emails sent to you.
Kept, and for how long
Abuse-prevention records — short-lived request counters used to rate-limit the service. These are not linked to your account or identity and are discarded automatically.
Payment records held by the store — Apple, Google and our payment processor keep their own transaction records under their own policies. We cannot delete those on your behalf; contact the store directly.
Encrypted backups — deleted data may persist in routine database backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire. It is not accessible to the service during that window.
Legal and tax records — limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Timing
Deletion from inside the app takes effect immediately. Requests by email are handled within one business day and always within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone — once an account is removed, its rooms, timers and rundowns cannot be recovered.
